雙語國家 教長：盼英文課全英語教學
行政院院長賴清德昨天聽取國發會報告「2030雙語國家政策發展藍圖」，要求教育部三個月內提出修法草案。教育部部長葉俊榮今天（5號）表示，除了法規鬆綁，英語教學也要打破過去背單字、讀書、考試的模式，考慮以全英語上英文課、用英語教其他科目。（戎華儀報導）
對於推動雙語國家政策，教育部部長葉俊榮表示，強化國家的英語力，牽涉法規鬆綁和英語教學的改變，希望把英語融入各科教學領域，甚至英文課改用全英語教學，透過教育慢慢調整成把英語當成可說、可講、可用的語言，而不只是一種考試科目。
葉俊榮：『我們一定要改變過去那種背單字，然後讀書、考試，那樣的模式，要把英語融入我們每一個教學的領域，那甚至於有很多部分我們要用英語來教其他的科目，英語教自然，甚至於教英文的時候全英文來上課，而不是用中文講說This is a book這是一本書。』
葉俊榮表示，教育端強化英語能力之後，希望社會能銜接運用、激發需求面，讓孩子學英語到外面可用、可講，融入生活和職場，不要有英文考幾分、會背多少單字的迷思，要確實能夠用英文說、用英文思考、用英文講，才能在產業面、文化面，有更大的發揮，擴大臺灣的發展空間。

5小時不關冷氣省電？專家：環境影響 無法概論
冷氣要怎麼開比較省呢？日本節目實際測試，離開時間短於5小時27分不要關冷氣能更省電，不過台灣專家則認為，這是跟所處的溫度環境有關，如果使用變頻冷氣，短暫離開一兩個小時的確可以不要關，但長時間連續使用還是會增加電費。

冷氣達人黃智延：「如果你使用的是變頻冷氣，盡量不要在（離開）兩個小時內就關掉了，也不建議24小時開，因為24小時不關，一定耗電量會比較大。」想要省電，使用變頻冷氣時，建議溫度設定在25到27度，加上風扇讓空氣流動，降低體感溫度，所在的空間環境，加裝窗簾防太陽西曬等。
畢竟不管哪種冷氣，電量都會隨著時間增加，開越久一定越貴，如果離開超過2小時，還是記得隨手關掉，才能替自己省下荷包。
