The Britax Römer i-Size Flex Base provides a safe and ergonomic recline position for your child. 墨西哥首位左派總統羅培茲，1日宣誓就職，多國領袖到場祝賀，美國派副總統彭斯與第一千金參加祝賀，但在他們抵達前，墨西哥第2大城瓜達拉哈拉的美國領事館，卻遭人丟擲爆裂物攻擊，幸好沒人受傷。

在國會議員的歡呼聲中，墨西哥新任總統羅培茲，上台宣誓就職。

墨西哥總統羅培茲：「我宣誓盡全力守護墨西哥合眾國的憲政。」

65歲的羅培茲是墨西哥這70年來，第1位選出的左派總統，儘管挾著高人氣，在全國一片歡欣鼓舞的氣氛中上任，羅培茲的總統任期，卻挑戰重重，面臨國家長期貧困、貪汙腐敗與幫派暴力嚴重等問題，民眾都期待他能帶來真正的改革。

墨西哥總統羅培茲：「我再次保證不欺騙、不偷竊、不會背叛墨西哥人民！」

墨西哥新總統上任，各國領袖都來祝賀，委內瑞拉總統馬杜洛，出席羅培茲就職典禮，卻引發墨國民眾抗議，在國會高舉布條標語，不歡迎獨裁者蒞臨。而美國派出副總統彭斯與第一千金伊凡卡，到場祝賀。

美國副總統彭斯：「國土安全部長將留下來繼續與墨國新政府對話，希望能達成協議，允許美國在處理庇護申請時，難民能留在墨西哥。」

只是美國駐墨西哥瓜達拉哈拉領事館，前一晚卻遭人丟擲爆裂物攻擊，外牆炸出40公分大洞，雖然沒人受傷，但嫌犯逃逸無蹤，而且時機敏感，就在彭斯與伊凡卡抵達之前，看來墨西哥想改善暴力治安，只怕長路迢迢。

民進黨：馬執政8年換來被中國掐住咽喉

（中央社記者葉素萍台北2日電）民主進步黨發言人鄭運鵬今天說，前總統馬英九執政8年，換來的只是讓經濟跟對外管道被中國掐住咽喉；他呼籲國民黨不要再做中國的打手，欺壓台灣。

國民黨今天以外交、兩岸、國防等政績數據比較卸、現任總統表現，質疑總統蔡英文的表現最差。

鄭運鵬下午召開記者會表示，近期中國主導惡意強壓台中東亞青運停辦，強迫國際民航公司矮化台灣，未見國民黨譴責中國，如今卻召開記者會為中國發聲，與中國政府站在一起打壓台灣，民進黨感到非常遺憾。

鄭運鵬指出，國民黨的說法正好證明馬英九政府時代，參與任何國際會議、活動、組織都必須經過中國的同意，馬英九執政8年並未讓台灣成為正式會員國，被穿小鞋的國際參與，反而讓國際誤以為台灣是中國的一部分。

鄭運鵬強調，美國通過「台灣旅行法」，立法鼓勵美國政府增進台美雙邊官方交流層級，進一步提升台美關係。美國參議院、眾議院也通過「國防授權法」，支持強化台灣的國防能力、擴大聯合訓練、軍售及高階層級軍事交流；近年來在雙方共同努力下，台美關係更加堅實穩固。

他說，台灣與日本成為更緊密的亞太伙伴；新南向國家許多民間機構也規劃成立與台灣新南向政策有關的研究中心，以進一步加強雙邊合作。

鄭運鵬說，馬英九時期引以為傲的兩岸惠台政策，常口惠而實不至，台南過去曾連續5年和中國契作虱目魚，每年契作量2000多噸，但5年內輸中數量都遠低於2000噸，後期更有業者指出，中國契作的虱目魚以低價回賣台灣，衝擊國內市場。國民黨與中國聯手套殺台灣，還好意思將此作為政績沾沾自喜。

他說，馬英九執政8年，換來的也只是讓經濟跟對外管道被中國掐住咽喉。總統蔡英文清楚知道台灣就是一個國家，做為中華民國、台灣人民的總統，她全力捍衛國家主權與人民的尊嚴，努力分散台灣面對的國際及經濟風險，很遺憾國民黨的政治選擇，卻可能成為台灣國際發展最大的風險。1070802
